It's a good all round product.The necklace is small and cannot be seen by anybody else. It is impossible to see or hear the earpiece by any other than yourself. No one even has suspicion, my mates just think I get distracted easily. The sound is very clear but you have to play with the earpiece to get the clearest sound. Does not take long.Taking it out is a piece of cake just put the magnet near your ear and bam its out. It will get easily with use.The battery life isn't amazing but it will last long enough. Though if you do want to increase battery life you just have to turn down the volume of your audio feed and what I've found out is that if you put it to half it lasts several hours and unless your in a very noisy background half is more than enough.It's a great earpiece for talking on the phone and for listening for music. There's a mute button which is very handy like if there's something important that you have to listen to or if you don't want to be caught on your feed.Plus the sos button is very handy too it makes a beep sound so you can talk in moss if you know how or like one beep for yes or two for no etc.Highly recommend this product

EDIT:I finally got the product to work. It turns out the magnets was not inserted properly into my ears. Yes it seemed like it, but the magnets was not touching my ear drum correctly. Like the other answer to someones question said, you must hear the 'boom boom' when it touches your ear drum. Yes I panicked twice! But seriously, the crackling went away and the sound was crystal clear. It's going to take some getting use to as I don't really like the thought of these tiny magnets going that far into my ear! But hey, technology right.Previous comment:I waited a while to leave a review. I would NOT recommend this product.The signal from the Loop to the ear piece is just terrible. You will not be able to make out any words when wore correctly around your neck. The signal is so bad the only way to hear something with your android phone volume turned to max and the loop turned to max is by placing the loop on top of your head with the wires coming down almost touching your ears. Not kidding either.The other review hear just seemed like they were selling the product. Very disappointing to the extent of not even bothering leaving a review for months.

Does the job but you might want to invest in the passive (no battery) premium earpieces from unseeyn.us (they work reasonably well for me). The one that comes with this is good while it lasts but you will be lucky to get a few hours out of the battery and they are quite expensive to replace.Having said that, it's pretty well made and does the job adequately. You can listen to spoken word/podcasts well (which is what I bought it for) but don't expect sterling performance when it comes to music.
