it works great took me a little bit to get used to the noise level, but the size works for me and a good value for the money

Love the size not loud like I thought it would be used it in my office for a while then brought it home it very convenient hate the ice melts so quick don’t fill pass the max line cause the ice will melt even faster

We bought ice machine in May of 2025. Nine days into October of 2025 the machine quit working. Had power, but machine kept looping from startup to "Ice Full." It lasted 5 months.

Absolutely perfect for our camper. Works without issue and produces plenty of ice for a 2 person house. We have been using 2 weeks non stop without any problems.

Great for a couple months but it now won’t stop making a grinding noise when collecting water to make the ice. It originally made the grinding noise only if the water was too low but now it does it every time, even if the water is filled to the max line.

The machine makes ice and makes it quickly. The issue is that it isn’t refrigerated and the ice begins to melt right away. You have to get the freshly made ice right away and out into the freezer or an insulated cooler in order to prevent melting. I attempted this because I really wanted to keep the ice maker, but it just wasn’t worth the hassle. If they made it so the machine would stay cold, this little product would be great. It is relatively quiet. It is simple to set up and start making ice. It could be great, if it would just keep the ice frozen.
