Okay, so this sweat belt is pretty amazing. I take my workouts and fitness very seriously, and I only want the best products to achieve/maintain my fitness goals. With that being said, I use this for the first time today and fell in love instantly. This belt is so comfortable and when I took it off after my workout today, I was DRENCHED. My back, chest, and abs were dripping in sweat - the sweater I wore over it was drenched too. Lol. Also, this provided AMAZING back support while I was doing my ab workouts on the floor and lifting weights. I am pretty small, and I thought that this belt would look weird on me because it's pretty bulky, but once I put it on nice and tight, it formed beautifully to my body. I highly recommend this sweat belt. For the price, the quality is 100%!

This waist trimmer is great for me as a female who NEVER seems to sweat much no matter how hard I'm working out. It's also great because it has some lumbar support which I need as a female who's had a liwer back fracture. The lumbar support is also great for me while I'm doing barbell back squats!

Really great quality and is very comfortable to wear. I’ve tried a lot of waist wraps and this one is the best so far, it has lumbar support so it works great with workouts so you can maintain good posture.

Product is meant for bigger people, it's pretty big on me and it's so hard to Actually try to tighten it cause of the suzs all other reviews must be all fakes

I really like this waist trainer, I’ve only been using it for a week know but I do feel the difference when exercising. It definitely makes your abs work harder and feel more defined afterward.Helpful tip: put it on laying down if you want it to be tighter

Even though it says for men and women, it is way to bulky women's waist. I'm 5.5, 123lb and I ordered small. Plus the inside rubber is too rough against the skin, and the entire belt smells really bad. As soon as I opened the package the room was filled with a very strong synthetic rubber smell. It gave me a headache.

Bought it after reading the reviews, half expecting it to be ineffective. I had bought a similar product a year ago to no avail. I've been pleasantly surprised at just how effective this belt it, really enjoying it on my workouts so far.

This has been helping me sweat much more and it is wore comfortable than the other ones I have tried! I recommend!
