I've been using these supplements for a month or so now and I have to say I actually think they're working. I'm feeling more positive, less tired and just more energy (and that's been during a couple of crazy hectic weeks!). There are plenty of tablets in the pack, whilst they are larger than a typical tablet I find them easy to swallow and they don't smell or taste of anything so easy to take! I will continue to use this product as it's not too expensive at all and it seems to be doing a good job!

These have made a massive difference, managing to sleep for more than 3 hours and have helped with night sweats so very pleased, I’m also less snappy and irritable so family is pleased too

I liked this product, it improved my sleep remarkably if taken in the am. The days I didn't take a capsule resulted in a poorer quality sleep. The price is the downer. As a perimenopausal single mum I bought these as a treat to myself and they really picked me up, it's a shame they have to be a luxury item.

Amazing! I've been using the peri menopause & Menopause Complex for just over 3 weeks now. My main reason for wanting something to help was that I was only sleeping for 1-2 hrs at a time and waking up hot. Since March I had been getting hot flushes too, about 15 a day. The flushes didn't bother me too much but the lack of sleep effects everything else in your life. I couldn't believe it, since the first tablet I have not had a single flush. My sleep started to improve after a week and last night I slept for 5 1/2hrs solid! The tablets are not too big & easy to swallow and have no nasties. I suffer with migraines and have stomach issues, these tablets have not had any affect on either, except I've not had a migraine for 3 weeks. I take it just before my evening meal. I honestly can't believe how much better I feel. I know we are all different but for me these really do suit me.

I don't leave a lot of reviews. But felt I needed to with this. I had been taking these for 6 months and then I couldn't afford them at the time. I tried some cheaper products but nothing was helping ease my symptoms. My mood dipped massively and I've been struggling I started taking these again and OMG I can tell the difference, my mood is improving and I'm feeling way more settled than before. These I can take easily as well. I recommend these to all my friends, they may be expensive but damn they work, I won't miss out again with these x

So I have only been using these for a month and not sure if they are doing anything. One thing I have noticed is I’m having more hot flushes, not bad ones I have to say but getting them all the same. However I feel my mood has lifted so some change. Will keep taking them and see if there’s more change. Will give them time.

Was having hot flushes every 30 minutes and night sweats, after 2 weeks of continuous use I have no more hot flushes or night sweats! Unbelievable really!!!

This really helps to stop the hot flashes and night sweats. At first, I just took 1 in the morning, and hot flashes were less but not gone. I decided to try taking 1 more before bed. That was what worked! I've been taking these for 3 months now. I had to change the auto ship to receive once a month. Great price for a product that really works!
