This is a sturdy lap board. It Is a good size which makes it easy to use. Writing on the board is smooth but some markers are harder to clean and requires some moisture to help get it off completely. it can be used for multiple functions and so far for word practice its been great.

We’ve been using this for 3 weeks now for remote learning with our child in elementary. I like that there are two sides and while my child uses the white side almost exclusively during her remote classes, I appreciate the lined side for when we work one-on-one so she gets practice writing her numbers and letters on lines and can practice writing them properly. The pen is amazing. If this company just sold the pens I would buy a pack. Thick, dark, black ink that erases well. Much better than Expo markers. My child has already slightly ripped the plastic pen holder on top, but in general she keeps her pen in a pencil cup. If you wanted to keep the pen with the board an easier route might be to tie the pen to the pen holder with a string (before it tears).

I'm currently doing online school and was given a terrible white board from my university to use for homework and tests. It stained so quickly and became pretty much unusable. So I decided to get this one because of the great reviews. Well the Amazon reviewers had it right. This white board it awesome. It's really hard and sturdy and so far does not show any signs of staining. I love that it is double sided. I bought fine tip Expo pens and they work great with it. I also have an eraser from another while board that I use. Seriously....it cleans up so well and all I've had to do is wipe it off. I have not used cleaner or water or anything. I would totally recommend this product.

Works well for the purpose it's serving. I used this to plan out my child's home school week (due to schools being done from home now because of COVID 19). My child dropped it on the ground once already and it did chip on two of the corners. It looks a lot heavier and sturdier than it is. I have found ones this same design and size in the past that were much sturdier. However, this works just fine for the money I paid.

Great for kindergartners

This has been the perfect little whiteboard for my 1st grader to use while she continues her education virtually. The dual sides allows her to work on her writing on one side and to both draw and complete math problems on the other. The spacing of the lines is also helpful because it is the same size as the notebooks she uses for school. We've used several different brands of dry erase markers and they have all worked very well and cleaning was also very easy. Would definitely recommend to any parent teaching their little ones at home, or for those looking to find an alternative to pencil and paper for their children.

I purchased this dry erase board to keep in my kitchen to use as a message board for my family. I like that it comes with a dry erase marker pen attached, and that it has a plastic snap closure so it won’t get misplaced (Why do pens and one sock from a pair always go missing??) We use the side that has evenly spaced lines for keeping a running grocery list. Everyone just adds what they need and I don’t have to keep up with a bunch of texts. The other side of the board is plain white and It’s good for reminders and notes because everyone sees it right on the counter next to the fridge. It’s a good size, lightweight and easily wipes clean. So far, so good. My system is working :) I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

I am extremely hard on these dry erase boards. I use them as a clipboard (with a binder clip), a flat writing surface for paper, for sketching out embroidery patterns (blank side), and for hand lettering practice (on the lined side). This is the first board that has stood up to my treatment! It is very lightweight. It has a thick solid core which I think makes all the difference! It doesn’t bend when I use it on my lap. Dry erase marks wipe off easily and completely. And the edges haven’t frayed on me. I love it!I definitely recommend this product.
