BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
I do like these. As a makeup artist it is nice to use these to catch all of your fallout from your eye shadow. The only reason it lost a star is because it can irritate some peoples skin. You DO NOT want to use this on someone more mature (70+) because they usually have thinner skin and it can either cause them irritation or even rip the skin off. the adhesive strip is very strong. I only use it on people who don't have sensitive skin or are younger. Be very careful!!!! I also suggest that you use this without foundation or any makeup on or it will strip your makeup. You really have to do your eyes first if you use these. But they are nice when you are in a hurry and don't have a lot of time to clean off any fall-out. I usually use these when I do wedding parties.

Fab Eye Looks Made Easy
These shields are just the best! I am one that has to do my foundation and concealer before I do my eye makeup. I like dramatic looks, which is often the culprit of the dreaded shadow fall out. Problem solved. Not only do these catch fallout, but allow for crisper and more even lines on both the bottomm and sides of eyes. Side note, I have almond eyes and they are a bit big. This shield still covers the entire area that I need addressed.I was concerned about the glue being too strong, based on many reviews. I moisturize my eye area very well and add a bit extra setting powder and this alleviates that issue fully. I only use the adhesive along the top edge of the shield. I do not find a need to remove the backing from the lower portion of the shield. If you are really concerned about the glue, you could even hold it in place, rather than use the glue at all.The shields are reusable. The number of times will vary, depending on the products used prior to use.I suggest not perfecting your under eye setting powder until you are totally done with the shield. It does not disturb my makeup, but I like knowing that I am going to just touch up slightly, with whatever powder has remained on my makeup brush.I am a forever customer and recommend trying at least one box.

i have a love hate relationship with these
i have a love hate relationship with these. i love the concept. but the adhesive is way too strong. i have tried to lessen the stickiness by pressing them on my arm a few times before applying. but even doing that, it still pulls on that sensitive under eye area which is not supposed to be good for it. i am no longer using these as i feel pulling and stretching that area is just going to increase any eye bags you may have or cause them if you do not have them. that area really needs to be babied. i would rather just clean up the under eye area after shadow and apply foundation afterwards than risk it.

Liked more that I thought I would.
I stick these to the inside of my wrist, peel off and then use them to apply my makeup. Even though they are very sticky, no residue has been left unlike what other reviewer have noted! The box is tiny, about the palm of my hand, but the patches really cover a lot! They are sticky enough that I think I can get two days of use out of them to make them last longer. I think they work really well. (Can hurt when you peel off because so sticky and the skin under the eyes is thin.)I gave a 4 stars because I might not buy that often, 30 shields means only 15 days!!!! :/

The adhesive on these things is crazy. It pulls ...
The adhesive on these things is crazy. It pulls your skin hard and takes off all foundation it is applied to. Just buy one of those cheap ones on a stick from e.l.f. or something. I gave it 2 stars because technically it does shield from fallout but seriously it hurts when removing. Same as using duct tape I imagine.

good
They work but I found out Wal-Mart sells them in store for half the price. Won't be buying from here again knowing that. Sometimes I like to do a wing using shadow and not liner so that it's not too dramatic and these work well for that.

Great for beginners
I absolutely love these things. They are my holy grail now when applying eyeshadow. I'm on my 3rd pack now.

Nice Idea but Not Good for Sensitive Skin
People swear by these, but I have sensitive skin - and experienced more than one instance of feeling like these were ripping off my very delicate under-eye skin. I tried using the patches on my hand to reduce the stickiness before putting them under my eyes and using them twice, which did not seem that sanitary.
