Unreliable
I bought 2 rice cookers for my restaurant and after 2 months they suddenly stop working. I tried to plug in another outlet thinking it was the power but it just doesn't turn on anymore. Both cookers died the same way. Out of no where in the middle of cooking just stopped working. Bad for business. I hope I can get some sort of reimbursement.

Not a good product
This machine spits out food, hot, spillingall over counter. Messy. I think a piece is missing off top. Would love to exchange
