Smart Coaching Headphones How did you come up with the idea for this product? KuaiFit was founded by triathletes determined to exercise more efficiently. Carrying multiple devices and using multiple apps is not only expensive and impractical, it still doesn't give us everything we need to reach the results we seek. Three years ago, we challenged ourselves to create a device that adds value to your training and actively helps you achieve your fitness goals. KuaiFit was born. What makes your product special? There are tons of fitness trackers, artificial intelligence (AI) coaches, HR monitors, and others that claim to be sport devices. But there is not one device that combines everything and can be referred to as a dedicated sport training device. Never have you been able to leave your phone and your ͞fashion accessory͟ electronics at home and concentrate on reaching your results. KuaiFit is the comprehensive solution for training with music, for any sport, in any environment, at any fitness level. What has been the best part of your startup experience? The best part of our startup experience has been the level of interest from the public, providing daily validation of the KuaiFit philosophy to train smarter, not harder. Our feedback shows that other sport devices neglect the needs of their users, and so it is particularly redeeming to know that KuaiFit will enrich the training experience for so many people.

Don't purchase this product
Had this product for about 6 months. The sound quality is already breaking and giving static on one ear. The bluetooth is now a gamble to pair to any device.I must also state I do not use this headset in any stressful task. It is purely for listening to music during long walks or long desk times. For this product to already be breaking is extremely sad.The battery and memory storage is the only working things but the program to organize music is outdated. It can't readout folder names so more than 3 folders becomes difficult to manage which ones you want to hear.Contacted customer service for the pairing aid and they assumed I didnt even read a manual. Got no assistance or explanation as to why is refused to pair to devices at random times.Don't waste your time and money on this product. It's far from deserving the MSRP.

Buyer Beware...
Being a triathlete and marathon runner, I've been looking for a pair of wireless headphones just like these. Unfortunately, they're very defective. The first pair of headphones were essentially broken out of the box. The computer stopped recognizing the device after 5 minutes, and would not charge it at all. I ordered a replacement hoping it was a one-off thing, only for them to break after my first run. The left earbud gave out followed by the whole headset. The device software is also buggy. There's no drag and drop feature for transferring music - requiring you to manually find the device using Windows Explorer or Finder. If you do get to this point, transferring the music will sometimes crash your computer. To add to this, the calibration feature is inaccurate. The device is supposed to calibrate your stride length after walking and running for 400 meters. Thinking I'd succeeded in calibrating the device, I went for an 8 mile run. Ten minutes in to the run, the headset said I was running a 2 minute mile. I wish that were true... I'd probably be getting a head start on my Summer Olympics training, and not trying to get this thing to work.On the plus side, the headset didn't slip off during my 8 mile run and provides good audio isolation. The product has potential, but needs a lot more work.

Would love to like but.....And now I do..Updated Review
PROS Kuaifit S Headphones sold by Phoebeskps via AmazonREAD ALL THE WAY DOWN FOR THE UPDATED REVIEWGood sound qualityGood fit and adjustable to ear.Lots of tips for earbuds.I sweat a lot on my runs and these seem to be sweat proofThey seem very durableGood control layoutAudio coach is clear and consistent (defaulted to 10min interval for notifications)Calibration is simpleHeart rate monitor audio notifications are accurateDistance notifications are accurate to with in .2 after a 10km runCall audio is acceptableCONSUnfortunately I bought these for the fitness tracking ability. The problem I experienced is that the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connection used to send data to the mobile app doesn't work. Regular BT audio works fine. The BLE signal is supposed to be detected by the application automatically. It does not. More to the point the mobile app from Kuaifit never recognizes the headphones at all on my Galaxy S9. To make it worse the USB connection to the PC is recognized by the Win10 file system but is not detected by the Kuafit desktop application. Same issue with BLE connecting to IOS.This means the headphones never do the automatic upload (as advertised)of your data to anywhere that you can use or see it. Additionally the headphones are defaulted to 10min notification intervals and metric notifications. My brain works in MPH not KPH so this is a problem for me. If the headphones would connect to either the desktop or mobile app you should be able to change from metric to imperial/US measure. The heart rate zone options are likewise unavailable if it can't connect to the mobile or desktop application.KuaiFit customer support has offered a replacement. I am sending the set back and hope the replacement functions fully. From initial complaint email to return contact from Kuaifit it was 5 days including the weekend. Contact through Amazon and the MFG via the seller actually only took 2 days. Contact from MFG via customer support email listed on website has not been responded to as of yet. So if you have a problem use the Amazon system to get a response as it seems to be monitored and provides a fast response. Contact has been by email only thus far. This response time was better than I expected. I had an issue with a Sony and it took almost a month to get a response via email. Customer service experience with Kuaifit MFG via Phoebeskps the seller is good so far.Summary: Very good headphones, if that is all you want to buy them for. If you are buying them because of the fitness tracking abilities and associated apps, they don't seem to work. I will update this review upon receipt of replacement headphones from Kuaifit. I expect the rating to improve if the second unit functions fully. 3 stars before replacements arrive.UPDATE.....1/1/2019Replacement headphones arrived 2 days ago. I am happy to report that this time the headphones were recognized by both my Galaxy S9 and my iPad quickly and completely. BLE channel connected and allowed me to transfer training plan from the website to the headset very quickly. All of the problems associated with the first set I received were corrected by this pair. The seller was cooperative and accommodating. The seller volunteered to get on the phone with me to walk me through the connection process once the replacements arrived. This wasn’t necessary since the unit paired and transferred data easily. The apps are still the only sticking point and it is a minor sticking point. Once the app mobile opens you do not get a positive indication of being connected to the headphones. A simple connected notice on screen would be helpful. Not enough of an issue to ding the system a star. Overall I am very happy with this system of apps and the functionality of the headphone. I also recommend the seller for their reaction and prompt service. One note for those that have said they bounce off or don’t fit. I found I could easily make the set feel tight against my ears, however this created a hotspot on the ear right as it touches the skull. I found wearing them less tightly pressed to the skull more comfortable than in tight on longer runs. The flexibility of the ear pieces is deceptive, you don’t have to make them super tight against the head to get a positive feel and great sound. Work with the ear pieces and experiment a little and I am sure they will perform and fit to your satisfaction. They won’t feel like a non adjustable and non flexible headphones these are better IMO. Best MP3 player headphones I have purchased yet. You really don’t need anything other than the headphones themselves on your run with these, they really do work great as a stand-alone piece of gear.Final verdict 5 stars from me.

Too many issues, no customer support whatsoever.
My device was basically defective since arrival. I have yet to be able to connect to any PC. Emails to support have gone no where, with no actual remedy other than "we have not experienced this issue before." The last response I received from support was over 1 month ago.In addition to my PC issues, the headset itself randomly stops working. I have attempted to reset to no avail and ended up having to charge overnight just to get it to work again. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this headset.

These headphones are terrible. They were not designed for women’s ears
These headphones are terrible. They were not designed for women’s ears. Even with multiple adjustments, they wouldn’t stay in my ears while sitting, let alone running. It’s a shame bc I spent weeks researching best wireless headphones for running.

Clunky, poor connectivity, let down
I bought these headphones for my wife as a Christmas present. They were well reviewed in several tech and runner blogs, and she would be using them for running. The additional features and app seemed like a bonus. The first surprise when we opened the box was that they are massive. Immediately they felt heavy and clunky. She has small ears and we could not get them to fit securely over them. The sound quality over bluetooth was worse than the $20 wireless headphones we already owned, and upon pocketing the phone they began to immediately cut in an out. She attempted to run in them, and they simply would not stay on or in her ears. This was a big disappointment coming from one of the more expensive wireless headphone options. The app itself was also very basic and only moderately user friendly.

The best headphones I've had!
The best headphones I've had! Everything is one place and i don't even need my phone to use them. The 8GB memory on the head phones let me upload my own music to the headphone themselves and not have to rely on using my data streaming from spotify.I haven't tried the training programs yet - but it's something i will probably use in the future. These were my first wireless head phones - i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to switch to wireless.
