Seem to do the job
I bought these vents for my husband. As a mother of a newborn you cannot even imagine what a nightmare the sleepless nights are for me. First I thought that these would be like one of the many anti-snoring products that he used without results. So far they seem to do their job and thanks to them now I can get the desired rest at night! Love them!

Uncomfortable for me
Could not get use to them in the end of my nose and I did not notice that they made any difference for me. I tried each size. I thought I had a large nose but the extra large was uncomfortable. The skin on my nose has gotten thin as I get older and if I’m not very careful removing the nose stripes, I also remove some skin. Thought these might be an option.

Too stiff
I ordered a different set with the solid silicone and I prefer those. These felt too hard to me and kept me awake. They do work, but they're not for me.

Not for fire breathing dragon snorers.
Dont work. Probably work for some people, but didnt help my husbands snoring one bit. Oh well, guess it's back to the couch for me.
