MIMIDICP5 Isolated Pedal Power Supply

This power supply is a great alternative to the more expensive ones out there like the Voodoo Labs series. This one has 5 outlets, 4 of which can switch between 9v and 12v. I use 9v for everything except Overdrive pedals, which sound a little more interesting at 12v.This comes with all of the cables needed to power up to 5 pedals. The footprint is just right (not too big), and it's a really solid construction.And because I'm a guitar player, how the product looks is a big deal. This power supply looks pretty sweet! The box has a nice texture, and it looks clean overall!

I needed power with clean headroom to operate an A-B-Y with Wah set-up. Typical 9 volt supplies were dropping my signal when the tube amps were pushed - leaving the amp stuck in a power hum. This power supply is clean, each channel separate. Outside configurability was also a big plus. Built like a tank - and at this price. A great buy, very happy with the unit.

I was looking for an isolated power supply for my travel board and I stumbled across this gem. First off, you can’t beat the price! What your getting is solid construction, super clean isolation and a foot print that will fit on any board for a fraction of the cost. I currently have this on my metro board and it fits great! Definitely a Great addition to my rig.

As a beginner guitar player, this was a great purchase for me! I am still learning what different pedals and effects do, so I can determine which ones I prefer. The five ports and the switchable voltage allow me to experiment with different combinations, which I thoroughly enjoy. The construction is solid and sturdy, without being too heavy.

This product was OK but it cannot power a pedal that needs more than 200mA.

The clear power 5 is a must as a centerpiece for any pedal board setup out there. The voltage variables allows for so much flexibility when putting a board together, while keeping everything nice and tidy. I could not be happier with my purchase.

It works well providing isolated power to my pedals, but after having it plugged in for a while on a particularly long day in the studio it got hot, like REALLY hot, started smelling a plastic/ burning electric smell... I haven’t plugged it in since because I’m worried about it burning my wood pedalboard... worked great for about two weeks just don’t leave it on for a long period of time... I’ll be replacing it with a better power supply soon, you get what you pay for

This unit is a good, low cost power supply unit. It’s perfect for a small pedalboard where you need a step up from a daisy chain wall wort unit.
