Not the greatest...
It (the plastic ones) did not work well for what I bought it for- my shower drain. I have a mobile home, so maybe that’s why, but like a previous reviewer said, it gets stuck in the drain, and took a lot of coaxing to get out (it didn’t break but I felt like it possible could if I pulled too hard). Didn’t really pull the hair out either. I wound up using an old (clean) mascara brush which worked really well.I then tried it in my sink drain. First, I unscrewed the flat cover piece and was able to pull a bunch of hair out with just my fingers. Then I slid the plastic snake down the drain...it got stuck on the way back out but not as bad as in the shower. It did get a bit more hair that was farther down the drain, but I still has to be careful pulling it back out.Maybe if you had a different kind of drain they would work.

exactly what was needed
I used to use a metal clothes hanger; I would bend it, drop into the drain and try to grab hair and junk but never down a sink - only a shower drain and it was a total pain and hit or miss; now these work like a charm. I did not try to clean it once used (gross) but I guess it could be to save some money and reuse. They are durable and easy to use and work amazingly well at grabbing whatever is down the drain. I have used in a sink and shower drain and each works well. They are durable and strong but flex easily to maneuver down the pipes which are curved. A great find.

The plastic ones are basically disposable. Silver ones too big.
The silver grabbers won’t fit down a standard tub drain. Too big. The plastic orange ones did a great job of pulling a massive amount of hair from the drain, but they are basically disposable. It’s hard to get all the hair off the plastic ones for reuse after you use it, and some of the plastic prongs break off when you are yanking it back out of the drain. I would have preferred a 20 pack of the orange disposable ones and none of the silver ones at all

Great for getting hair out of drains!
I have two daughters with long hair and this product has been helpful with managing hair in the drain before it becomes a real issue. I would recommend you adding these to your home tool set. It will not work for all drain issues, but for certain clogs this is a must!

Zipit tools are wonderful
I couldn't get the drain snake to work in my drains (bathtub nor bathroom sink). Probably made for a larger drain. The Zipit tool, however, digs the hair right out of both drains and is a wonderful product for my use!!!

Grabs clogs from the drain very well.
Works very well to catch hair clogs. But the sticks work only one time since the edges do break as you pull them out of the drain.

Effective. Unclogged drain immediately!
I liked this. Easy to use and immediately effective! I have 6 left and won't be using them anytime soon.Be careful not to get impatient. Take it easy pulling this device out of the drain after twisting down the sink or it will don't slimy crud everywhere. This did not happen to me since I was aware it could happen from reading other reviews. Highly recommend!

They work great, if you're too lazy to work on the drain
The fact of the matter is that this is a product for lazy people like me. Sure, I can remove the drain stopper, but I hate working under the sink. These snakes worked fine, though it sometimes takes some serious jiggling to get them out of the drain.
