This modernized the look and feel and since there is no globe covering, emits a great deal of light. You can use regular light bulbs or by the Edison ones to add to the look. I have tried both and both look good, and recommend LED either way. The cage is not removable, which means you need to install the bulbs and nuts through the cage. I think the most impressive thing other than the look is the installation of this. You screw in the plate to the junction box, connect wires, and since has screws already on the plate, just need to place the fixture and use the covers as nuts to secure. I don’t think it could be easier. The wires are not the best quality, but works fine. I think the price is a tad high, but love my fixture and would still highly recommend if into industrial theme.

I searched for the perfect light fixture for my small kitchen and came across this cool looking industrial one. I LOVE it! Not too bulky or overpowering. I also bought the unique Edison bulbs suggested that gave it a stronger look! I went with the 'Daylight White' Edison bulbs, and attached a picture showing the size and color. I REALLY like the look of this fixture, and have no regrets in purchasing it. However, the installation wasn't as fast as my husband would've liked it to be. He struggled a bit with the SMALL screws it came with. I looked up other reviews to see if anyone had experienced the same situation, and thankfully the person that did, posted the screw size that worked for him. My husband bought the same ones at Home Depot, and it worked out great for us as well! This is the size we purchased if anyone has the same problem. Getting to work on remodeling my moms kitchen soon and i'd been looking for a modern light fixture in this color that would match the rest of the design i'm doing. This one works perfectly for what i needed. I had found a similar design in store, but i just couldn't find one in this color so i decided to look online.I was a little sceptical about buying something like this online since i don't get to see it in person first, but i'm glad i took the plunge. She opened it on christmas along with a note about the remodel i'm gonna do for her and she loved it. Quality wise, it seems just as sturdy and nice as anything i saw in the hardware stores. The color is what i wanted and the included mounting hardware and wiring is going to make changing out this light fixture the easiest part of the whole remodel.In all, i'm very happy with this purchase and will probably start looking online for more items for the remodel, since there seem to be so many options the stores don't have.

Our house looks amazing with these fixtures! We love them. The one and only snag we encountered was that there was no easy way to get the two holes at the top of the fixture to fit onto the bolts in the junction box. Also, once we finally got them lined up, the bolts were like 1/4" too short. So we made adjustments to the junction box and made it work. in spite of the small snag, we've ordered more for the rest of the house. I say go ahead and buy this.

The light is a perfect match for our fan and would've been an easy 5-star rating if not for a few issues. First, the screws attached to the mounting bracket were too short. The bracket was not recessed in the ceiling at all but mounted flush. After connecting the wires and attempting to hang the light, the screws wouldn't poke through the mounting holes since they were too short. A quick trip to Home Depot to grab 2 M4-.7 x 40mm machine screws later, I've got the new light up and working.Another small issue is that the inner fixture is loose and spins freely around. I tried tightening it before hanging, but didn't have any luck. It shouldn't be much of an issue but I'd rather it be more stable.Finally, if you have large hands, you'll need to recruit someone with smaller hands to reach in and secure the mounting nuts and install the bulbs.

I really like the style of the light. It was easy to hang and looks good in the hallway. If you like the industrial look, this is it.One problem---- The center support that has the light bulb bases attached was loose and during shipping it caused the back plate to get bent. If I wasn't handy with tools, this would have been a problem. I fixed the problem and everything is fine. A better job of quality control would prevent things like this from happening.

I am giving this 3 stars because of installation. The cage is not removeable and that makes installation with the enclosed hardware almost impossible. I was replacing a light and fortunately it had slots for the screws from the electrical box long enough i could reuse. I had some spray paint that was similar color and painted the screw heads. This light has the same slots that allow the screw head through and you can turn it to the small slot that the screw can hold.I put Edison style light bulbs in and they fit, but it is extremely tight. Small hands definitely needed. I had to bend the sockets to get them in. I wish the engineer that designed this tried to install it. Once it's up, it looks great. I hope the LED bulbs never fail. I was reminded of the old joke about how many people does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Was looking at this light/ style for some time on another sight for double the price. Happened to come across on here one day scrolling so was sure to compare everything before I ordered as it was considerably less expensive. I'm quite satisfied with the product and the price . Easy install as well ..I did it myself :)
