This dragon is incredibly detailed and beautiful, really high quality and it was perfect for my son’s 4th Smaug themed birthday. The one thing I would be aware of is that the wings are removable… this is a little bit of a con for me since I don’t want to have to keep track of more pieces and they are constantly coming off due to my sons rough playing, BUT it was a pro because you can angle the wings in different ways when it is displayed, like for his birthday cake. Either way it’s very cool and my son loves it!

Love the detailed engraving on this dragon. Colors are bright and stand out. It’s cool that Schleich makes “themed” figure collections. Bought the”fire hound” as well to go with this dragon. My only complaint would be the wings come off fairly easy so it’s a great display figure but might not be so great for a child to play with.

The kids love it! It has become a favorite toy around the house. The wings do fall out more than I would like, but it's not hard to put them back in.
