Even the smallest size is too big for a 3YO toddler broken arm. The quality of this was wonderful! Very durable yet breathable. Wish we could have used it.If you are looking for something smaller, I recommend Fracture Fashionz on Etsy. She will personally make whatever fits your needs.

Great fabric but needs elastic at the top to keep it above the elbow

As soon as it came, my husband and I wrestled it on to my cast. It fits snugly with room to spare. The cast extends from above my elbow to my knuckles. It is covered with fiberglass, which, although it is sturdy and keeps the arm immobilized, is rough and gave me slivers in my fingers. I couldn’t be happier with this cover. It’s cute, it’s functional, and it makes my arm slide into the sling so much more easily. My only regret is that I didn’t get it sooner.

This cast cover is just perfect. I have lyphdemia in my left arm and the cast cover help the wrap to stay in place. Love it!

Nice product! You have to be careful putting over cast so it won't snag.

This is so cute! My daughter loves it. I ordered a Small Long 18" for my 7 yr old. Keeps her cast from getting dirty, machine washable.
