Very happy with this purchase-it does exactly what I want it to do! I enjoy experimenting with different coffee bean origins and roasts-this allows me to try as many variations as I like.Novices need to know this, however-it takes several tablespoons of coffee (use coarse ground!) to make only 400 ml of coffee. I get my beans for free, but if I didn’t, I could see how this would become an expensive habit to continue.Regardless-great product-I will be using it frequently for a long time!

What a difference in the flavor of the final product... I own a roastery and really care about our coffee... We use this little guy at home and use it with a Coarse ground Arabica Colombian Supremo... The flavor is clean and sweet, pour over ice and add a tiny amount of cream... Sit back and enjoy.

I really love my cold brew coffee maker! It makes a great bus of coffee. It's very cute, and doesn't take up tons of space. There are adjustable valves to control the brewing process, but I prefer a slow, overnight brew in the fridge. Finally, the packaging was good and it arrived on time.

I returned this item, as there was NO manual, all of the instructions were printed on the box, which I wasn't going to cut and keep around for reference...
