Charbrew 28 Day Detox Duo - Night & Day Time Tea

I’m not normally a believer in detox tablets/drinks or Wright loss fads..... and whilst I could do with loosing s few pounds, bloating was a problem for me, and for £6.99 it was worth a shot.These help massively with reducing my bloating. By day 4 I noticed a massive didference, as did my friend with the same problem. These really do work for bloating.Also since drinking one in the morning and one at night, I’ve not had a coffee for 3 months!!! (you could have set the clock by my costa routine before!) I’ve also cut down on alcohol.... I’ve decided no school night drinking.... but even on a weekend ....after a glass of wine or two, I just want a cuppa detox tea!Weight loss? I can’t say I’ve noticed much other than feeling slimmer due to reduced bloating. But with not drinking milk filled coffee and less alcohol I’m sure I’ll loose a bit now Christmas is over.Tastes good too.I’ll continue to purchase as part of my lifestyle change as will my friend.

The tea themselves are lovely to drink and I was already working out 5 days a week so I’m not sure if the tea actually contributed to inches lost around my waist

This review is for the 28 day pack that contains daytime and night time tea.You are advised to drink a cup in the morning and a cup at night.They are lovely tasting teas (but if you don't like green tea or fennel/aniseed I don't think you'll like these - they don't taste strongly of either, but don't expect anything like flavoured fruity supermarket teas).I've been drinking them for a week and a half. I replaced my morning latte with one and my evening glass of wine with the other. So I feel better just for that!I think they ARE refreshing, soothing and feel cleansing but that may ofcourse be psychological.I haven't noticed any change in sugar cravings, I don't need to pee any more frequently than usual and haven't really noticed any other difference yet.I think the weight loss claim is most likely "These will support you in your pursuit of weight loss while you make other changes" so starting next week I'm going to make a concerted dietary change and see how these tea bags assist with that. They clearly aren't going to work their magic alone :-).I'll update this review if there is anything to add.I'm going to keep buying these teatox teabags whatever the outcome because I really like the flavours and I feel that there is goodness in their ingredients.

I have been drinking the night time tea for around 6 months and really enjoy it. It makes feel refreshed in the morning and has been keeping my weight at bay. I am now following a healthy eating regime so have purchased the morning tea to see if it does really help with weight loss. The tea tastes really nice and I certainly feel better on it so will always be a customer of Charbrew.

Increase of the heart rate, on day 2.Waste of money

Six sets of teabags were stuck together. Therefore unusable.

The daytime tea flavor is lovely. I could drink or all day b the night time isn't as nice. I don't like liquorice or anaseed and I'm not sure which one it reminds me of but I'm not overly found. However I'm still going to drink it since I bought it and even though the nighttime tea taste isn't too my liking surely that means it must be good. Anything that's good for you isn't usually very tasty haha
