My husband is a petite man therefore he wears the small and it fits him. He wears them everyday. He feels the compression which helps his legs and knees feel better, plus it keeps his body warm.

I wasn't sure whether I should order small or medium based on review, but a small was perfect for me. I'm 5'6, 145, waist 29. They look great and are not too tight fit either. They are labeled as a small US and medium European. That's pretty accurate.

For the price, you get decent compression pants. I use these for mainly chaffing around the insides of the legs. They compress well to your skin for the first 10 min you have them on and then they loosen up. My pair get baggy around the knee area after a while. To remedy, I'd probably buy a size smaller but I'm content with my purchase. BUT if you're going to use them for therapy or you want them to help with performance during activity, I wouldn't get these. I'd pay a higher dollar for something like that.

I am 5'5, 145 and bought the small size. I want to like these but the 3 pants that came in the pack all had different lengths. Also, they really offer no compression.

These tights cut off half way down your calf providing you an uncomfortable and ineffective pair of tights. Go buy from somewhere else if you would like to have Men's tights or leggings that cover your WHOLE leg. Bad purchase... unless you like the ankle seem choking your calf.
