Very happy with this purchase!! After stewing on the fact that yet another Toyota part made out of plastic BROKE under normal use, I quickly searched for and found this gem. Arrived quickly with my Prime shipping. Fairly simple to install although unless you have the proper trim removal tool, be prepared to break a bunch of the clips that hold the large fiberboard piece on the interior of your hatch door in place. But fear not! You can buy replacements (or the proper removal tool) through Amazon as well. LOL!Impressed with how this China-made aftermarket part was designed and made with superior parts to the OEM part made in Japan (come on Japan, step it up, will ya?). Especially the parts that come under pressure or tension...brilliantly reinforced with metal instead of plastic (genius!).Took me about 20 minutes start to finish to install. Pretty straight forward, which is good because the instructions are not very thorough. Fitment is good and feels way more solid that OEM part ever did.Happy with this purchase, and unless you like driving around with the broken OEM hatch handle assembly taped in place (or gone altogether), you should buy this too!
