It does what its suppose to do..the main problem is the material very cheap plastic. Would work well for little girls with straight soft hair. I got it for my toddler and it worked well but today it started to bend one more use and it will brake :(

I like it product but my issue is first of all shipping took for ever! There was no way of tracking it since it was coming from Asia and also the instructions are all in Chinese or Japanese not sure which but no help to me since i can't read either. Have not been able to use it. Very disapointed.

Cheap flimsy but gets the job done. Instructions were Japanese and I can't read Japanese. Had pictures but too light to see. Disappoint at quality but price was good.

Easy to use

It is a bit funny the directions that come with this are in Chinese, but the pictures show what to do! They are nice quality and the larger one is good for large amts of thick hair and the smaller one works on little kid fine hair. No complaints, they do what they are made to do!

This is a great tool for long hair. I had one a long time ago; but recently was not able to find anywhere for me to give as gifts. It was well received.

The material of the item is not sturdy, it has burrs where the plastic was cut from the mold and they catch on hair strains when pulling it through my hair

So flimsy and weak that it is almost impossible to use. Very unhappy with the product. Save your money and don't buy the knock-off.
