Height of heel is too high
The heel height, being too high, forces the foot to slide down the smooth material of which the slipper is made, into the end of the slipper and crushing the toes somewhat.Very nice looking slipper but the material, though attractive, does not help the intended functionality of the shoe wear. I will be returning this item for a refund. 🤗

Something just not right!
As they are adjustable, the sizing is fine. Good if your feet swell during the day, as you can open them out. If like me you suffer hot flushes, its a bit of a faff having to lean right down to take them off and then lean down to put them on again (I’m not very mobile) - you can’t just slide your foot in and out. Plus there is something strange about the insole part - the material is all flappy - its like someone forgot to put padding under the material. This also effects how deep your feet sink into the slipper and they end up higher up the back of the heel and sides of the foot than normal - digging in a bit. I’m now experimenting with loose insoles and it seems better already. THINKING THESE MAY BE SECONDS OR REJECTS.

Faulty Slippers
Right slipper was larger size than left and there was a big crease down front of left slipper. They weren't a matching pair. They look like seconds to me. (As you can see from photo ). I sent them back for a refund but they didnt refund in full. They withheld postage cost and charged me a return processing fee. I had to fight for a full refund. Terrible customer service. AVOID!

This slippers are fantastic, fits perfectly and so comfortable, especially for those with problems on the feet.

Vey comfy slippers
I bought two pairs - one for myself and one for my sister. I bought a pair some time ago for her and she said they were the most comfortable slippers she had ever had. Also they felt ‘safe’ if she was walking around in them. We both suffer from swollen feet so the adjustable Velcro fastener is useful.I don’t know if some manufacturers are making slippers slightly smaller than the sizing should be, but recently I have found I had to buy a larger size, even in a wide-fitting.These Dr Keller slippers are certainly very roomy and probably a size 5 (my ‘normal’ shoe size would have fitted) rather than the size 6 I bought. However I decided to keep them because my feet aren’t very swollen at the moment but I may appreciate the extra room if/when they do swell.Another advantage is that they are washable.

Lovely slippers.
My mum is in a care home and wears slippers every day. I bought her these for Christmas. Her feet have swollen and these slippers are excellent for her. With the wide velcro front opening they are easy to get on and just what she needed to keep her feet warm and comfortable. These kind of slippers are so hard to find on the high street. I bought her the size she wears in shoes and they fit her just right. Will definitely buy again.
