Awesome stuff! The manufacturer said it lasts 5 years until having to do another coat for an indoor backsplash. The fumes weren't too bad. Highly recommend. Be advised, this has no visual effect on the stone which is exactly what I wanted....there are already enough products on the market that enhance and bring shine and it just wasn't the look I was going for.

Worked wonderfully for me. Water was going thru my natural stone tiles and leaking outside the shower. This sealer stopped the leaking from my bad broken shower pan.

Very good sealer.I used on Travertine and it did not change the color of the Travertine. Stains do not penetrate. I used outdoors.

I’m taking one star off because the fumes are very strong, but I have no prior experience with grout sealer and I was warned that grout sealers do have a very strong chemical smell and that you must wear a mask and use in a room with good ventilation. I would NEVER use this in a room without opening all the windows AND running the ceiling fan (in my bathroom) AND wearing an N95 mask. Even then, I wouldn’t work for more than 15-30 mins. at a time without taking a break — but that’s just me.If does go on easily. I used a 2-3” foam paint brushes.Despite the chemical smell, I do recommend it because I don’t think finding a good grout sealer that doesn’t smell this strong is possible.

I’m in natural stone business for more than 20 years. This solvent based sealer is way expensive and very weak as protection goes. And on some light color natural stones it leaves a yellowish residue. Research Made in USA sealers, cheaper, more effective and healthier for your tiles.

I was hoping that the finished floor would have more of a gloss. I will probably put another coat of a gloss sealer on the floor to get the shine I was hoping for.
