i mainly use egg as supplements to other things, like for breading or within dishes with lots of other ingredients. so i don’t usually just eat eggs by themselves anyway. if you use this for the same purposes as i do, this works fine. if you just eat it by itself, well, real eggs are certainly better, but if you’re on a diet then you’re gonna have to give up something anyway. i think you have to change the proportions if you want to use these in baking, though.

I've been on a diet and am avoiding whole eggs and this has been perfect. I've lost over 15lbs already and this has definitely helped as I have it for breakfast and sometimes use it to prep other meals as well.

As a person who had drank bleach in the past I can assure you that that was the worst experience of eating something I should not have eaten.Every day of the week I was hospitalized was an odyssey, puking blood every day, I was not able to eat solid stuff for like 2 months and after one year I was able to eat normal food. I can assure you that was a really bad experience and I was not able to enjoy one of the many pleasures of the life: the taste. For some time until I got "cured" after 2 months of treatment. Luckily I drank a just a little and then puked most of it.The point of all of this is that I'll rather passing trought all of that all over again for 3 times instead of eating this repulsive egg white wannabe.I'll rather drink one cup filled with bleach than having to take a taste of this trash again.Next time my lazy ass would just buy normal eggs and take the yolk out manually myself..
