Update 6/21/2018The seller contacted me about my review and offered me a replacement. The replacement works perfectly. I have upgraded my rating to reflect that and also want to acknowledge the great customer service. I would have preferred the product worked the first time but things happen and the seller made a great effort to correct the issue.Item would not hold a charge and failed to charge my iPhone. It would show all the lights indicating fully charged when plugged into the wall but would not charge the phone. It would pass through the charge to the phone when plugged into the wall outlet. The item is being returned.

I ordered this battery phone case for a two-week international trip. I was going to be in a remote area and was afraid I would not be able to charge my phone often. Since, I needed to use my phone for photos, I ordered this battery case in hopes that it would help extend my battery life. The case itself is nice, smooth, and not super bulky. I tested it before leaving and it appeared to work correctly. However, on the second day of my trip it stopped working and was worthless for the remainder of the trip. I had read several reviews that this happened often and I guess I should have trusted them.I reached out to the company to ask to return the case for a refund and they did not even have the decency to respond. The product information also states that the case comes with a lifetime warranty. What good is the warranty if you can’t get the company to respond? Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase this case. The risk of it not working is not worth it and the customer service is non-existent.

This does not fully charge my iPhone X!!!

I’ve purchased this case 2-3 months ago after doing a lot of research as it was slimmer and provided the protection I needed for my cell phone. Unfortunately, a similar defect that I read about from other user reviews proved to be true... it stopped charging suddenly with no reason. Now I am trying to figure out how to get the warranty to work... will update my review with that experience shortly.

What a great product--for three whole days. Then... Dead zip. I don't have money to waste, but this CASESSARY managed to take mine. Like buying a Rolex in Tijuana, it worked perfectly... until it didn't. And it was never dropped, jostled or otherwise injured.

Used it for a day and it stopped working the next day wouldn’t charge or anything

I fell in love with the design but the connection port was to lose always disconnecting with a little pull making it very hard to charge. Also the iPhone X is 2700mah this case claims to be 3900mah. Yet with a fully charged case it would charge my iPhone X to 80% then it would die, very disappointed

As soon as I put the case on my iPhone X it made my phone unusable. It was a week late as well. Not sure if that was Amazon or this company. I've had nothing bu trouble getting a good battery case for my X. I found this company on C-Net. It got great reviews. That was my experience. I would not recommend this case to anyone.
