I am 5'6" and 180 lbs. The extra large fit me perfectly. I ordered a smaller size first and returned it.

These are made of some seriously durable material without feeling too heavy and hot. I love that the neck doesn't have a collar to worry about folding incorrectly. The only complaint is that the elastic around the waist is pretty tight. I wear a 30 waist in pants and had to go with the medium so that the elastic didn't feel too constrictive. Overall great product for fun atmospheres (wore mine for a Mardi Gras parade)!

The material is slicker and more sheen than my other rompers from separate companies. Overall fits a bit looser, and would opt for a size smaller next time around. But definitely an eye catching get-up and very comfortable.

Get a larger size then normal, the shoulder to crotch distance is kinda tight I’m 5’10” 190lbs and I went XL and it fits great
