Hose and stand not included!!!!!
Garbage is only the handheld sprayer does not include the hose stand or mount also is made of cheap plastic and includes no instructions. Also is possibly used. Beware!!!!!!

Not great pressure
If you like low-medium pressure this is for you. It's plastic and the pressure is not the greatest. I ended up buying another brand to replace it.

Not Standard size, can not screw on.
I have always respected GROHE till today. This hand shower clicks with all my expectations except it does not connect to the hose that previously had a Grohe hand shower. As wild as it seems, grohe has devised their own new thread standard and to use this device you need to buy a Grohe shower hose which might cost more than you expect.

Careful: used product
Product arrived. Box looked used, corners of box were worn. Opened up the box to find a white lunch bag where the shower head had been inserted. Upon closer inspection, I could see that there were water stains on the shower head. UGH-GROSS. Returned.

It only lasted one year, and the foil started to peel off, do not recommend.
