The media could not be loaded. I Bought this for my daughter’s room b/c no matter what her room stays hot all the time. We bought it because of all the positive reviews. She was very excited about getting this so we didn’t have to get one of those ugly window units. Her room is small and this would be perfect! We received it 3/24/25 (realized it was very loud.The fan does not sound right) she used it overnight. Then today 3/25/25 She noticed it leaked all night and destroyed the top of her NEW dresser! She had the dresser for 2 weeks! I Don’t think Amazon is going to replace that! I hope we just got a definitive one!! We are sending it back and getting a replacement Because she really liked how it cooled her room down but I’m very pissed about her new dresser! I’ll update if there is any change and the new one is better or if Amazon steps in and makes this right.
