Can be used brush or spray.I found coverage better with touch of water or thinner.Once dry is a bright finish .Can definitely recommend!

Good for finishing off areas of your model (eg exhaust areas)
I use brushes when painting models. This paint is easy to use. Best if thinned and apply multiple coats as do not get brush marks and gives a good deep finish. Number of coats will depend on how heavily thinned the paint is when applied

Love this paint
Bought this to do some small details on 3D printed models. Covers well and easy to apply with a brush. I haven't painted any large areas yet but on a smooth surface looks quite shiny. Large areas probaly would be better with an airbrush as is what this is intended for ( I don't have one so can't test that).

The best gunmetal
I implore anyone who is using the standard gunmetal paints from GW to give this a try. Not only is it easier to paint on due to its thin consistency, but the colour is so mych more vibrant. Although it says 'Model Air', this goes on with no problem with a paintbrush. My GW metallics sit in the corner now.

I use this range extensively for painting wargaming models
This range of metallics are brilliant for armour effects on wargaming models and I use a range of them across my armies. This deep blue works really well as the base colour for my Warhammer Horus Heresy Night Lords army as it fits thematically, being like a midnight blue, but being metallic has the sheen to show the detail. Although they are designated as air brush paints they work really well off the brush as they are already nicely thinned.

Using with a brush - Still great!
So, I don’t have an airbrush. In fact, when I purchased this I hadn’t realised it was airbrush paint at all.Regardless, this stuff works great with a brush. So well, that I have purchased different colours and will be looking to use Vallejo when I eventually acquire my own airbrush.Wicked stuff, worth the money and then some!
