Is this compatible with the grohe pure blue system? the head looks identical.

Hi, thank you for your question. It is not compatible with the Grohe Pure Blue System because it has a different filter head to the BWT PREMCART. I've always bought a bwt bestmax x filter. is the premcart compatible with the same fittings? is it as good?

The Premcart Filter is similar to the bestmax x filter and can be used with the same head in most circumstances, they can be both be ordered from Amazon UK.

Having purchased this item previously through Amazon, I cannot get it to screw into the cap.  Am I missing something ??

How long can I store this cart before use? As I can not see an expiry date.

Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding our advice about BWT PREMCART Filter. 
If stored properly, the original PREMCART Filter can be stored for several years.
Proper storage means:
•	At temperatures between 1°C and 40°C.
•	The filter should always be stored in the original packaging foil until the filter cartridge is changed.
•	The filter should be stored cool, dry and protected from sunlight.
