Very disappointed in product and especially the packaging. It took me at least 15 minutes to open it because the “clam shell” it was packed in was so thick and strong. I have arthritis and it was extremely painful. The iron, itself, does not close completely and for those of us with fine hair it doesn’t hold it at all. Below is the cut on my hand from the packaging

Not What My Friend Expected
The package arrived well; however, I bought this for a friend and it did not meet her needs. She had several issues with it. I don’t recommend this straightener for wavy or curly hair because the temperature is too low and it doesn’t work effectively.

Not worth the money
Worked for about a month. Now it's keeps turning off in the middle of using it within 2 minutes. Sometimes it will come right back on other times it will not turn back on for several hours after unplugging it and trying again later.
