Airwrap i.d.™ Multi-Styler

Absolutely love my Dyson Styler! It’s amazing and works beautifully. It makes styling my hair so much easier and gives me the results I was hoping for. It’s exactly what I wanted, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend it!

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap i.d. on October 12, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The device constantly shuts off during use, and the filter warning light starts flashing. I have carefully followed all of Dyson's recommended troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the filter thoroughly and checking for any blockages. Sometimes it seems to work normally after cleaning, but the same issue always comes back. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and reliability. It is very frustrating to spend so much money on a styling tool that cannot be used consistently without shutting down. The return window has already passed, but a premium product like this should not develop these problems after such a short period of time. At this point, I feel that I wasted my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I've bought two. With my first Airwrap, the app worked just fine, but my hair didn't wrap and the second time I used it the filter light flashed. The filter was completely clean. I asked AI and they said send it back. So I did. The second airwrap I bought works fine if I don't use the app. The machine actually wraps my hair--yay. The curls don't last long, but that's probably user error. But I absolutely cannot use the app. I keep connecting to Bluetooth and my settings show I'm connected. The blue light is on so I know I'm connected. But the app says I need to connect. I'd like to be able to use the app with the airwrap id preset settings. I'm very frustrated and not sure if I'll keep it.

Me ha salido muy buena y no ha tenido fallas gracias a Dios, pero si me ha sacado unos buenos sustos. Como consejo si la conectan y no funciona les recuerdo que antes de cada uso deben presionar el botón rojo, después el naranja y nuevamente el rojo para después encenderla. Y si de plano no funciona deben mantener presionado el botón rojo 30segundos y después el amarillo 40segundos para reiniciarla y listo!
