LEBBOULDER Weightlifting Belt for Olympic Lifting, with Contoured Back Support, 6 Inches Wide, Black, Men and Women

I read most of the reviews before I purchased this. My measurement using belly button at center was 31 (ugh). One review indicated he was a measurement of 30 and the sizing (small) was good. Others indicated that the belt was way too small (could fit kids but not adult. not sure what size was referred to). I chose size SMALL with trepedation. When the belt arrived today, trying it "as is" - as it arrived, I thought, oh no! they were right -- it would not even meet in center. BUT THEN I looked again and realized there is a velcro strip, that when pulled apart extends the belt such that it is more than sufficient. I wonder if those complaining about sizing made the same error i did initially. (are there that many of us? hard to believe) I have not used the belt yet (actually bought for abdominal support when pushing the Prowler2 loaded with weight.)

The belt fits perfectly into the curvature of my lumbar spine but is also firmly padded and comfortable to wear even when between my sets. I’ve also been wearing it to work to help improve my posture and now I don’t even like taking it off. I’ve notice that since I’ve been wearing it at the gym and during periods throughout the day, I don’t puff my belly out as much and appear to have more mental control of my abdomen. Another great thing about this belt is that it doesn’t dig into your skin! I 100% recommend this belt to everyone, you won’t regret it

Im 29 and have had a spinal fusion (l5s1) so protecting my back is EXTREMELY important for me. I liked this belt, it did function the way it was supposed to. I def felt myself engaging my core more and not my back. The only issues I had with the belt was that i couldn't tighten it as much as I would like despite having the smallest size but that's only because I'm 105lbs.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a great product. It’s just right for my size. I’m 6’-3” and 245lbs. Great support and comfortable. It’s a bit rigid so packing it into a bag is somewhat challenging but it’s a great buy and great value. So far so good

I have a back injury and got this belt hoping it would help keep my spine from compression during deadlifts. I wasn't too optimistic but I was surprised! The feel is really nice, the only complaint would be it's a little rough but compared to other lifting belts I was highly impressed. It stays in place and doesn't give during heavier lifts. Really pleased considering the price and it's comparable to the $40-$50 belt range

My husband needed this belt for his cross fit workouts. Exactly what he was looking for.

Good starter belt! Especially not you aren't lifting super heavy and just need some support!
