Been using for years in conjunction with B12 Complex that contains INTRINSIC FACTOR. Always safely shipped, tastes wonderful and minimal additives. Price is reasonable and lasts two months for me. I'm a senior woman who lacks intrinsic factor as many do as you get older or if you have inflammatory stomach problems. B12 deficiency symptoms are horrible, and if not reversed can become progressively worse. This stuff and intrinsic factor reversed my symptoms. Thank you for this reasonably priced liquid B12.

My son and I both don’t eat very much meat because of how picky we are about how it’s made and cooked With. Since I’m pregnant and don’t eat a lot of meat it’s crucial to make sure my B12 levels are good.The B12 benefits i noticed were more energy and I’m less tired, my hair, skin and nails have all seem to see improvement, and my mood is so much better.In my toddler he definitely is more energetic!Like other reviewers stated... this is not an easy bottle to open. I had to get a knife to pierce the wrapping off.It has a berry flavor and will turn your water pink.

I’ve been using the product for about a month now. I decided to start taking B12 due to being on a vegetarian/vegan diet for the past 2 years and I was starting to feel a little run down. I followed the directions and used 20 drops, but I will need to decrease the amount after having labs done and my Dr. asking me to decrease my B12 intake. I guess it could have been worse.For those worried about the flavor, I don’t think it tastes bad at all.

I do feel a difference when I use them... or could it be in my mind... but who cares as long as I feel better right?Seriously, I seem to have more energy when I place several drops under my tongue 👅 for 20-30 seconds first thing in the AM, then mid morning, and a few hrs later... so several times per day...The bottle won’t last long if you don’t have a higher metabolism already.... I’ll put it that way...the taste is pleasant ....it seems to have some effects on energy levels not sure how much, but some.... hope this helps.😊

Have been using this product for only a week so far and I'm starting to notice some differences. My energy levels are up but it's only been a week. The taste is great. The value is reasonable and it's easy to swallow. Follow as directed. I will follow up in about 2 more weeks. Overall I'm still evaluating myself and the effects of this product. I'll keep you posted.

I had originally bought another brand, which i instantly loved, but wanted to try others just in case there was something better. (you know how it goes) Anyway, this tasted like raspberry jam and fish. I hate it.

I love how liquid supplements work, how much more is absorbed and made available to the body. This is a great product and the best value I can find for an amazing, great-tasting, organic B12. There is a marked difference in how I feel when I take it...and when I forget to take it! Love this stuff!

I'm very happy with the B12 vitamin drops. As someone who eats only plants, it's particularly important to me to make sure I'm not B12 deficient because that can cause all sorts of problems.
