Tea isnt tea without Chen Pi
I LOVE tea. A few years back my acupuncturist turned me onto Chen Pi. Ever since then a little dried tangerine root in the tea makes all the difference and adds a sweet refreshing taste. ALso many health benefits. Plum Dragons is great and I get it FAST.

Not as pictured
The pictures show nice whole peels. The contents of the package are fragments - many smaller than 1/3 of a piece. Whole pieces or even full thirds are easier for the dishes I have in mind. Good fragrance, I'll try a few to try and judge quality.
