Mercer CulinaryMillennia Turner/Spatula, 8 Inch x 3 Inch Blade, Black Handle

I figured a scraper is a scraper. This one is built like a tank. Can be used to scrape off heavily encrusted dough that'd dried on to surfaces. I'd say it's overbuilt, but that's just fine with me.

I bought this because the one I wanted was a william sonoma brand and 4 times the money. This little spatula is so cute and is almost the same exact thing for a quarter of the price. Fits the brownies perfectly and is very sturdy.

Bought this for when I make fried eggs etc. in my 9 in cast iron and it’s so awesome. I use this little guy almost daily because it’s the perfect size for flipping smaller food items in small pans.

I've seen others at dept. stores, But not as heavy duty as this one is.

Inadequate handle angle & very tough steel means you cant even bend it to be ergonomically great. Mercer's Hells Handle M18320 6"x3" is EXCELLENT.***Too bad they don't also have an identical version in 5"x3" for smaller pans.***This is sized & angled more like a brownie serving spatula, too flat/shallow, a bit too small.Also Mercer, polish your edges please. The sharpness of the square height (like 1mm) tears up a seasoned pan. Nothing that can't be fixed at home but man a quick sandblast would be nice & high end.They still turn into the best steel spatula-turners I can find anywhere.

Superb quality spreader. Blade is sturdy - does not flex under pressure. The blade appears to be good quality stainless steel and has shown no pitting or discoloration or rust from using the dishwasher. Handle is firmly molded to the blade. I am very pleased with this purchase.

My wife does the majority of the cooking in our house. Now sometimes though I dare step foot in the kitchen, her inner sanctum especially when it is time to clean out the dishwasher. That's when I get to notice what she is using to cook with and lately the spatula that she seems to use all the time made me feel guilty: I should have provided something better than that thing for her to use long ago!So I went and bought this Mercer Culinary Millennia Turner and left it in the flask she stuffs all the cooking utensils into for her to "discover". A day or so later I asked her how she liked it and her response was "WONDERFUL".Dinner that night was great. Was it because of that Mercer Turner? Let's just say, I think so!

I really like this turner, I've been using it at home and in a commercial setting and it does really well. My only issue is the edges dent a little. Nothing massive, doesn't really effect the overall quality of the product, I'd happily buy one again if this one broke.

I bought this to use for indoor cooking as I also got the the bigger size for outdoor bbq. I can say this product is by far the best I’ve used and very sturdy and high quality.
