Each tape has a flaw at the beginning
I am not pleased that each tape seems to have a flaw at the beginning of the tape. They all seem to have the same problem. If you go 10 or15 minutes into the tape it is fine.

Yes they were for a family member who still uses of the VHS recorder. Hard to find in the stores so this was great and that is exactly what she wanted and needed

I have trusted Sony tapes for a long time and these don't fail to deliver. All work perfectly! I use them for taping on the TV, so they get a lot of use. They have a very good quality picture too. I would highly recommend these.

These tapes were of good quality and have recorded all the shows I wanted since I got it. Recommended foranyone still needing VCR tapes.
