Gaming on hardcore mode
Welcome to the most difficult possible place for Kumoko to be playing a survival game. As always, babygirl is doing her best. She's learned a lot from her experiences in the Upper and Lower Stratum, so things aren't too bad. She better be careful though. One misstep is all it takes for game over. This volume has a bit less comedy and a bit more action than previous volumes. I think it lacks tension after the transition though. Kind of like having a finale before the mid point. I still enjoyed reading it because it is that good of a series.

But Really, A Spider?
I did not expect that my favorite protagonist would be an arachnid, and I certainly did not expect the level of world building that has been delivered throughout this series. What specifically I was expecting would be a cheesy manga about a highschool girl who gains the power to transform into a spider and uses said power at her highschool to shirk responsibilities and spy on cute boys. This graphic novel is infinitely better than that. I'm extraordinarily glad this story exists, and have been waiting anxiously for new installments since book one. Keep being amazing Okina Baba, I'm looking forward to book five!

Slow burn
This volume did quite a few things to flush out the world and progress the overall story. I enjoyed the bonus manga chapter which delves into a side character.

Very fun to read
Very fun and engaging series. I love how the world and the main character's place in that world expands little by little, like starting out fully zoomed in and then backing off little by little revealing the whole picture.

I liked it
Fun little manga. Pretty standard tropes for a born in another world story. The spider concept adds just enough to differentiate from the genre and make it a worthwhile pick. I enjoyed reading it and dont regret paying for it. It always goes by so quick.

Awesome
It’s a great story and I love how it’s explains everything it makes it easier to know what’s going on and the characters are well done. Its also shows how the monsters have intelligence, some more than others.

still nice, but a little progress in the environment would be great
The manga continues to entertain with it's lovable MC and after the nervewracking second part the dust finally starts to set a little, although we get plenty of new dangers to face.Well, there are two things, I'm not that happy about:In the last manga the amount of skills our MC acquired started to feel a bit overblown and in this part it doesn't get much better, although the author shoved this topic into the comedy-corner to avoid killing all tension. I think, that it's a little sad, that the most rewarding and fascinating piece of part 1 has now become something, even the MC is annoyed at.The second thing is, that the little spider is still the only actual character to be seen and although the monsters she faces change and the strategies she uses are still fun to watch, she is still stuck in this stupid cavesystem and always throwing another cliff to climb, after the last was conquered, can't completely avoid this slight feeling of stagnation, that started to creep in.The end otherwise indicates a little bit of diversion from the little hell we saw so far, so I'm more than eager to read the next part after the little breather, the story took in this one.
