Works Very Well for an EMT Carrying a Radio at an Outside Event
I finally got to use my new radio chest harness when I worked as an EMT at a Spartan Race. I worked two 12-hour days with the radio on all that time, and really enjoyed its features. The pocket was very useful for storing my iPhone, pens, a tourniquet, tissues, medical shears, and a tube of dextrose. The straps needed no adjustment once I had the harness on, and I am 6'5". After carrying a radio on my belt or in a pocket, I am really pleased to have this radio harness. As a bonus, it makes you look very professional when wearing it! The harness is made of quality materials and should last for a long time.UPDATE: After my second weekend event wearing the harness, I am even more enthusiastic. I can wear it for 12 hours straight and not even notice it. The pouch is nice and roomy and the quality is top-notch. I am going to order the add-on pouch, as well.

Perfect for Film Crew
I use this on set when working as a camera assistant or grip. I suit it for the job I’m doing but as an AC it holds my walkie, dry-erase, flathead, multi-tool, crescent wrench, notepad, pen, socket tester, knife, and scissors all without looking bulky or being heavy. Even with all of that it still has plenty of room.I prefer this over the AC belt and pouches I was using before as the belts always manage to bang and get caught on everything when walking while this is tight and close to the chest. It’s also easily adjustable for when wearing thick jackets or just a t-shirt.

This is great for SAR and first responder-type situations
This is great for SAR and first responder-type situations. The wide straps disperse weight and make it comfortable. The pouch is large enough for the essentials, without being too large. It's also nice that the radio pocket is so adjustable for radios of multiple sizes.

Use it Everyday, well worth the money.
TLDR: This harness carries 8-10 small tools comfortably and works with little to no issue and fits well on almost anyone.Full review: Bought this a year ago as a replacment for the usual hip toolbelt used within my work field [Two way radio Tech] this job requires me to use a large variety of tools but most jobs require about 8 or so common tools. This holds all of them and some tape perfectly and stops them from falling out when crawling around in tight spaces for install work. The only thing to note is that I had to do some light modification to get this product to fit MY specific needs, this is no fault of the product and it would still work fine in its normal configuration. This is an excellent product that I've used everyday for a year. People will give a lot of crap for wearing it but after the 3rd or 4th time of you always having the tool at hand it goes away. 10/10 would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Well made, very comfortable.
Well made, very comfortable. I use it to hold my essential items and radio as a lift operator as a major northeast ski resort. My only suggestion would be to make the velcro land area for flap closure largely to provide more flexibility depending on how much gear you have in the pouch. (little vs a lot) The wide straps make it very comfortable while the quick-release buckles make it very easy to take on and off.

High quality, worth the price.
Although I only just got it today, I'm already impressed. It is obviously well thought out and extremely high quality. A Rite In The Rain journal size notepad fits perfectly in the compartment at the front of the main pouch. I clipped a flashlight into one of the keeper elastic straps that is meant to hold the radio antenna, so the light shines down and forward which works perfectly for hands free light when taking notes in the dark. A loop Velcro panel on the front for patches would be a nice touch, but that is easy enough to remedy. The best part is that now I can have all my important items easily accessible, and I don't have to search through a dozen pockets in my pants and jacket to find what I need!

I worked as a high end AV integrator and it was great for having all my connectors and tools and a mounted streamlight sidewinder II in one place when I was in the equipment rack running or terminating cable and dressing it in.Also working as an A2 for live sports broadcasts, I would have my mic mic assignment to io panel sheet and qbox with other tools in one place.Working in theater lighting: c-wrench, Putz tool, pencil and miscellaneous all in one place with easy access to the radio. It comes down to preference. Do you want your tools on your belt or your chest?

Unsatisfied with seller and product
I'm not satisfied with this product. It did not fit our radio well (it would fall out easily) and when I requested a return: I was given a return mailing label via FedEx (who doesn't service our area) and I was going to be charge for return shipping. When I expressed this, asking for a canada post return label, my request was ignored. Instead they gave me a 15% return on the item. I do not appreciate the way they have gone about this, I am cornered into keeping an item that is defective, and will avoid buying anything from this seller again. The product itself is well made but not suitable for our device. The fit poor on the left side and it easily slids out. More elaboration should be added to the product description.

Great Kit
Skeptical because it was pretty expensive but I understand why everyone in industry recommends this pouch. Radio stays in when skiing all different types of terrain, the pocket is great for storage. In addition, the plastic clips along the left side above the radio are great for holding that antenna out of your face. Conterra definitely considered how annoying it is to have a radio antenna come flying into your face and going up your nose or mouth.... (thanks for this I and so many others appreciate this).I will advise that anything you want to keep dry, you want to place it into a plastic bag first. The pocket isn't completely sealed so during snow or rain, make sure that anything you want to keep dry has an additional layer of protection. The fit was great and adjustments were easy to make. The scissor sheath is a nice and allows for easy and quick access to your shears. There is not retention cable though so do keep in mind that the shears can slip out if you get into tight spaces or have to crawl through tight spaces.Overall worth the money I spent on this, the material is sturdy and has held up well through the season.

Stitches Falling Apart
I’m disappointed with the stitches falling after 4 times using it! It should not be happening, under one month! Be warn.
