Review: Great for our application - Worked great for what we needed it for. We needed to paint a dark red built-in book shelf. We tried painting with paint brushes because the space was tight, but it took a lot of coats to get solid coverage and we made slow progress. This small roller did an awesome job! I painted half of the built-in in just over 20 minutes when it took an hour and a half to paint the other side. Coverage was great. Two small pieces of material came off the brush, but I grabbed them with my fingers and repainted. The roller nap is thick enough to get in the grooves of trim and corners.

**Q: Can someone tell me if this paint tray that comes with this is a solid one or one of the throw away ones?? i need a solid replacement not throw away**
A: Although the tray is plastic, it is think enough so that it is really not a "throw away' type. the first time I used it, I lined it with aluminum foil, so clean up was easy.

**Q: Are these rollers good for water based paint?**
A: Yes. Any paint.  They small so use slowly . dont brush rolling paint fast. I used acrylic paint.  Slow and steady will do good job.

**Q: What is the core size for this roller? 1/2"? 3/4"?**
A: 3/4 inch

**Q: Is the product uncomfortable for the baby?**
A: Well if the baby doesn’t like painting then probably yes 😎

Update: forgot to update a few months ago... The product may have not been perfect but the seller himself reached out to me and apologized along with a refund I didn't even ask for! He was super nice so I definitely recommend the seller for fixing the situation. Thank you! Got this small little set to paint the front of my house. Worked good the first day. Second day.. Pieces of the roller came off onto the paint and was stuck everywhere. Then I couldn't get the paint off the second roller. Maybe it was just the different type of paint but it was super annoying. Worked good the first day though.
