Counterfit/Manufacturing Defective Product
Counterfit Product or Manufacturing Defect. I ordered and received a product without fly and a different cheap waistband. Got a replacement with same cheap product. I have previously bought 6 Boxers and three lowers and found them satisfactory. This Time Very Bad experience. Either it's fault of seller or the Brand itself. I escalated the matter to DaMensch support. But a Thanks to Amazon it issued my refund and listened the issue promptly. Update: 11-08-2026 As per Dmensch it's not counterfit it's there "new degine" but details not updated on amzon. However after escalation they updated details in their official website. Still one star for taking my 1 week for clarifying this after a warning of Consumer Helpline.
