Men's Thin Blue Line Police Watch Analog/Digital

Bought this watch for my son's graduation gift when he graduated from police academy. It's a very neat watch but the hands do not work. We have tried to contact seller multiple times and they have never responded. This was NOT a cheap gift and I am very disappointed that noone has even acknowledged us at all.
