I needed a weight that was just enough to stretch things out. I have had other shaped weights before that were not overly comfortable. This weight is really comfortable to wear. I slept with it last night with no issues and it gave a nice stretch.The only negative thing that someone might say is your balls can fall out of the ring. Unless they are really large, it just will happen. I wore this to the gym this morning and I used a jock strap. It kept everything in place. As long as you wear tight underwear, it won’t fall off down your leg onto the floor (happened to me once with other shaped weight).I have recently been wearing it around my balls and penis. It will not fall off this way. I have been sleeping with it and my nightly erections fill it up. It almost acts like a penis pump. I have noticed positive after affects. Even happier with it now.All and all this was a really good buy. I would buy this again with no hesitation.

Nice weight, not too heavy but feels substantial. I was worried about tarnishing or rusting had mine for a couple months and not an issue. This unscrews with just a normal Allen wrench, basically the size that comes in a flat pack shelf from a big box store. My only criticism is that if you the connecting bolt all the way out and seperate the 2 sides it is hard to get on and it will punch and pull any hair or skin that gets inbetween. Just unscrew enough so the peg comes out and you can swing it out. Then put it under the base, swing it around and connect and bolt together. Solid quality, nicely made, to combat the cold I run under some warm tap water in the bathroom. Great product for the price, at the adult store they are double or triple this price. I will say I'm new to stretchers and this can be a bit tricky to get on but over all this is a very well made heavy weight! I purchased 2 I believe a 39 and 40 the larger one does have a small issue with the threads not lining up properly so it doesn't tighten properly but will stay on once you get it started. As several other people said yes if you are not careful you will pinch yourself!! I tried them both on at the same time and it is some massive weight (I'm definitely not to that point as of yet) I will say in all they are worth the money on some other sites they are VERY expensive for the exact same item!! Can't wait to be able to stack them so yes I'll be ordering more!! Patience is absolutely important we are talking about our family jewels so be safe!!

This device does exactly what it's supposed to do. Highly polished. The fixed stud on one side is longer than what others offer making it easier to install. Would definitely recommend for beginners or guys looking to stack.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hinge as well as the finish on this weight. The key (although a simple allen/hex key) fit well and so far has worked as advertised. No pinching or snagging of skin.

33 mm. Although I was concerned it would be too small, the ring fits great and is easy to put on and take off. My balls stay put as does the ring. No worries about it accidentally falling off. The weight is perfect. It appears to be well made. If it were available in a solid stainless material, that would be excellent. Solid stainless rings aren't chrome plated and stay looking new indefinitely.

Great feel then in place. Adds that little extra weight to give a tug on the boys. Don't slide around once secured.

If you're budget shopping for ball weights, this is tough to beat. I will definitely be buying more (at least a second and third weight).One caveat: as was mentioned in other reviews, the edge of the slot for the screw is sharp (I'm sure this varies by piece) and could very easily catch on any moles or other protrusions you have between your legs, if you catch my drift. Nothing a few minutes with a dremel can't fix, but it's still something to be aware of.
