Pure Green Natural Latex Mattress - Twin XL - Soft

Ordered this because like latex mattresses and it seemed like a good price. Well I guess you get what you pay for. It was comfortable at first. I thought I had found the perfect mattress. Then as it started to break in it became very soft. I then started to have back pain. I thought oh I must have pulled something. Then my back pain became debilitating. The lack of support would throw my back out for a week at a time. Ended up seeing 2 sports medicine doctors and a neurosurgeon. The pain would go away with a week of steroids but would soon reoccurring leaving me unable to walk and needing full time care as I couldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. We only realized it was the mattress causing the problems after a vacation and I had no back problems after sleeping. I then switched to a different mattress in our guest room and had no issues with my back since. I reached out to the company to return it, even though it was past the 100 day return as I had it for a little over a year but wasn’t sure what to do with the mattress. I was hoping to resolve it with a partial refund. Instead because I had to physical proof of the mattress softening over time they responded “ After reviewing the order details with my manager we are unable to offer any refund for your order.To remove the current mattress, you can either donate it to a local charity or shelter, give it to a friend or family member, or take it to a recycling center.” After the pain it put me through why would I want anyone else to suffer. Poor quality.

Have owned and used this mattress for a couple of months now in combination with a latex topper. This is my first 100% natural latex mattress and have only ever used coil spring and/or memory foam mattresses previously. I can say without a doubt that latex is 100x cooler than standard or gel infused memory foam. The latex is also very supportive and doesn't have pressure points. It has a springy bounce that returns to original form immediately when you get out of bed, no lag or sag as with most memory foam mattresses. This mattress has truly been a blessing for me as I have chronic pain due to Avascular Necrosis which is affecting all my lower extremities. The comfort this mattress offers is far superior to any memory foam mattress that I have laid on!

Purchased for my wife (5'6" and 125#'s). We made a king size out of two twinXL's. My side is the medium density. For me (6' and 230#'s) her side is too soft but for her it is perfect. I do like mine very much. This was our first foam mattress of any kind and we really wanted to stay organic if possible. We wanted to avoid off-gassing and the only smell is a hint of farm which we assume is from the wool. The mattress cover is very well constructed. The foam expanded completely almost immediately. No dents or sags. The edge support is very good. With my size I was concerned about this but I do not notice a difference over my old inner spring mattress.

I bought my first latex mattress 20 years ago - the best sleep experience in my life. Unfortunately, I had to leave my furnishings behind after a recent cross-country move. The first thing I did after resettling was to research new bedding and I ordered this one. The enclosed instructions stated the mattress would expand quickly, and it did, but I let it lay overnight and noticed it was an inch or so taller the next day. The bedroom set I've bought is on back-order so I'm sleeping on the floor until next month - very soundly and comfortably. This is a softer mattress than my first, but still plenty firm and as, or maybe more, comfortable. Now to see how it holds up in ten years if this 75 yr. old guy is still here!

Very very very uncomfortable. And it smelled badly as well. They took it back with no problem.

I never write reviews but this item was so disappointing I would like to warn others. This mattress is barely 7in not the 9 advertised so you sink to the bottom when you sit on it. Similar to sleeping on the floor. Huge pain to wrap up and send back.
