Simple home use, may be an hour a day. Mouse started behaving unpredictably - it would appear that the right mouse button was pressed in random parts of the screen. Then the mouse would go radio silent for a couple of minutes. Resume normal behavior for a couple of minutes, and then act like it was possessed. Tried changing the battery in the mouse, update Windows 10 in the PC, rebooted a few times. None of these actions have helped. The keyboard seems to be working, for now. Hence the two stars. Don't buy this keyboard mouse combo!

I am really enjoying have this keyboard and mouse. I got alot of compliments on how slick and nice it looked and we have small work spaces and it works very well. The mouse stopped working after a couple of days but Cassie in customer service was quick to respond and troubleshoot with me. We were not able to resolve the issue but they sent me a new one no questions asked. After receiving the second one, the keyboard and mouse worked for a couple weeks and then they both started to malfunction. Again, I reached out again and with no questions ask they issued me a refund. I really appreciate their quick response. I really hoped it would work for me. I really like the look and feel of it. Thank you very much.

Love this...have been looking for a sleek keyboard (preferably in silver, which this is)that works with PC...something as good looking as the mac keyboard. Love the feel of the keys, and it comes with a silicon cover which sets of over the keys seamlessly and keeps all the grit out. And the mouse is the best I've ever used...loved the soft touch and feel.

It was getting really uncomfortable for me to work with my laptop's keyboard while working from home. The key placement was major reason for it. I ordered this so that I can have full size keyboard and mouse was an additional thing. I would say I'm preety much impressed with the built of this product. It's really nice and smooth. The keys are soft to touch. Mouse click is silent not loud as compared to other mouse's. I can say that this was a nice purchase for my home office.

Sleek and smooth keyboard. Reason for not giving 5 stars was because the mouse feels a bit cheap. The keyboard is a definite 5 star product. It was very easy to install and works perfectly. The keyboard is slim and takes up very little space. Reminds me of a wireless Apple keyboard.Happy with this purchase

Overall quality seems very good. I particularly like the key action. I picked this product largely for the keyboard layout. I'm a lousy typist and want to stick with a layout I am familiar with. Keyboards that with different key sizes for return or back apace are not for me, and too many extra keys just get in the way. I do like a greater angle than this keyboard provides, but a couple of stick-on rubber feet will solve that. The bundled mouse is straight forward and works fine.

Thought it old keyboard had died but turned out to be a problem with a Windows 10 update. I got this before realizing that was the actual problem. This keyboard is really quiet when you type and works well. It feels like a quality product. My only gripe, and it’s really nitpicky on my part....the mouse turns off to save battery life so you have to press a button to wake it up. Other than that it’s fantastic.

Purchased it to use with our android TV, i like everything about the combo, except the mouse,it appears to be okay low price standard mouse. which lags sometime. But the keyboard is amazing, Sleek design, quiet, and doesn't feel cheap. its nothing like a mechanical keyboard, but to use it on tv it looks great, and works. if you are looking to replace your computer keyboard, i would say go with a mechanical key, but if you need something nice looking and you are willing to sacrifice speed this would be a solid choice!
