Dee MC The exclusive DMC wooden cabinet filled with all 500 embroidery threads. The wonderful gift for yourself or others

Have looked at this box many times on DMC but was reluctant to spend so much. Found this on Amazon Sellers - Amanda's Silver Boutique at a reasonable price and decided to buy. So glad I did. The amount of embroidery threads alone could come to the price of the box. They are all good quality stranded Mouline specials. The box has a storage compartment under the lid and 5 wide draws that can be separated into 5 sections. The wood has a smooth finish with nothing likely to catch or snag your threads or embroidery. You also get a colour chart (the printed one not the one with thread samples) which I found useful for cataloguing where I had stored each thread. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful wooden cabinet with enough slots to sort all the threads and have some space over (I put one row from the shade card per slot) I always use DMC, tried and tested beautiful threads and its great to have one of every colour including the variegated set.There would be room to put the specialist threads (starlight etc? which are not included) in the last drawer.It makes a lovely piece of furniture and very practical to keep my embroidery threads and bits and bats close at hand.

Bought this for myself after saving for a while and I couldn’t be happier. The cabinet is beautiful and having all the threads I could need at hand is just brilliant. I love it and would recommend if you or someone you love embroiders.

Very stylish cabinet to store all my embroidery threads. Box includes 1 skein of each colour of thread DMC supplies. Bought it as a gift but keeping it for myself, will become an heirloom.

Nice cabinet, the inclusion of all the DMC threads was a surprise. Was this made clear in the description? My wife didn't really require any more threads. This must have elevated the price by a considerable amount. Still nice cabinet tho.

De levering was echt supersnel en keurig verpakt. Voor de echte borduurster een echt collector's item. Wat een schitterend kastje met alle kleuren DMC.

Geübte Strickerinnen können nicht genug Garne haben! Die Frage ist, wie man sie lagern kann. In verschiedenen Kartons, Plastikboxen, etc. Das ist nicht schön und auch nicht sehr übersichtlich. Dieser Holzschrank sieht wunderschön aus und die Oberfläche der Schubladen ist absolut glatt, so dass die Garne nicht beschädigt werden können. Die Garne sind übersichtlich sortiert. Mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Farbkarte bzw. der Farbnummer kann man schnell die gewünschten Garne für das Stickprojekt finden. Es ist schade, dass andere namhafte Garnhersteller wie Appleton oder Anchor solche Aufbewahrungsboxen aus Holz nicht anbieten.
