However I don't really use any think without modification or it would not be mine.If you are looking for a great fish and chicken batter or a really great base to modify grab it and give it a whirl. This is by far the best seasoning I have tried. The chicken was so crispy and flavorful. Very easy to use, just add water and dip. It wasn't too salty. You don't need to add anything to this seasoning. I have tried other mixes and this will be my go to from now on.
