Underperforming Bluetooth speaker
So after having this for 3 months I figured I would chime in about my experience. I feel like I chose the wrong product. I don’t like how the only way to control the volume is actually through your phone. I also don’t think the lowest volume setting is quiet enough. I use this in my work office and I have to turn it off if I have someone in my office. If you have a song that has momentary pauses it seems to screw up the speaker and it acts like it is turning off. That’s a little hard to explain but trust me it’s annoying. Also if you are connected but not playing music it will ring extremely loud. It is however super convienent for charging and when playing loud it is a pretty solid little speaker. Overall I only give it 2 stars because I feel like it could be a much better product. I wish I would have bought something better.

Works well enough, but never stops pairing with everything around
This works well as a charger, which is how my daughter mostly uses it, and occasionally as a speaker. However, its behavior with respect to other Bluetooth devices can best be described as promiscuous. There's no explicit pairing mode; it just always pairs whenever it can. Even when it's already paired to one thing, it will keep trying to pair to others. If those devices themselves lack any kind of interface to select what to pair to, as is the case for both of the Bluetooth transmitters attached to our PS4 and Switch, then you might end up with an unwanted connection. It can be quite disconcerting when video game sound suddenly starts blaring from a bedroom speaker. The only solution is to leave the speaker unplugged while doing any kind of pairing elsewhere. This kind of broken Bluetooth implementation is becoming less and less acceptable as many households add more Bluetooth devices, and improving range can cause accidental pairing even between adjacent apartments or houses. I can't imagine how bad it would get in something like a college dorm. If you live out in the country and have no other Bluetooth devices, I guess this would be great.

Probably not a good idea to leave phone on bluetooth charger all night.
I love my bluetooth speaker because it is small, and when hooked up to my i8 phone with selected sounds, fills the room with sound so I don't hear any other noise that would disturb my sleep.I have had a problem, however. The sound portion comes through loud and clear but the bluetooth speaker will not charge my phone anymore. It worked great for several months but now the charge no longer charges my phone. Perhaps I should not have left my phone on the charger all night?? The problem seems to be with my phone rather than the bluetooth speaker, as I tried my husband's i8 phone, and it charged. The supplier seems concerned and interested in my problem and replied right away to my inquiry. I feel this supplier is good and easy to work with.

Perfect combo
I used a Note8 with this speaker and it works like a charm. Volume maxed out is in no way distorted. Speaker is on the more bass heavy side you'll definitely feel it thumping at max volume. Does not have a volume control everything is done on your phone. The top of the speaker has an NFC tag that if you touch it with you phone it will auto connect to your phone without needing to go to settings (if your phone has NFC) This wireless charger is a fast charger and comes with it's own power outlet unlike other wireless chargers. Every wireless charger I own has a fan to keep your phone cool this does not have one my phone got warm. Other than that 100% recommend.

Beeps Every Time You Enter the Room
I like how compact this wireless charger/speaker is, and how good the sound is for the small size of the speaker...but it is really annoying that it beeps every time I enter the room. I was thinking about buying another one of these for my bedroom... but until I can figure out how to keep it from beeping every time it senses me, I'm not going to buy another one.

Perfect for beside the bed
This is a perfect charger and speaker all in one. I use it on my nightstand as a holder and charger for my phone, and to play my sound machine app. It charges fast, the sound is great, and it has NFC capabilities. With the Trigger app for Android, I set it up to automatically connect/disconnect the Bluetooth when I tap it. Loving it!

Great little speaker
Not bad! This charger/speaker combo is perfect for my needs. It's super easy to charge my phone and the speaker sounds pretty good. The only downside is that the charging lights are so bright that when I am charging my phone at night I have to cover them up so the lights don't keep me awake. Other than that I have no complaints. Good product at a good price.

Perfect for what I wanted
Great desk speaker, love the convenience of Bluetooth and charging my phone. I am up and down from my desk a lot during the day and having everything wireless makes it so easy! Sound quality is ok for what it is. I don't turn it up loud, but I'm also spoiled by JBL and Bose products. Only drawback so far is when a call comes it, it reads the phone number and it's loud...and there's no way to stop it unless I answer the phone (which I don't always like to do).
