While the pill is a little large, it's very easy to swallow. They do smell and taste a little like vitamins, but there's a nice mint/citrus hint to them that makes it nice. I take them with food and they do not upset my sensitive stomach. So far I've been feeling a lot better after just a few weeks of taking them. So nice to see all the vitamins and minerals pack into these! Especially the entire B spectrum, D, and magnesium. I was taking separate supplements with my prior vitamins for asthma and migraine. I will definitely purchase again.

Too early to be able to give any true factual results from taking the vitamins. They smell horrible and change the color of my urine that's the only physical evidence I can provide. I keep getting hounded for reviews days after getting a product it's annoying especially when it's something like vitamins or other stuff how can I give a very factual review by just opening a box. Yes they were in a bottle and it was what I ordered much past that it's too early to tell.

These vitamins seem to do exactly what daily vitamins are supposed to do, I have been taking them for over 2 years and my health is good. They are large pills but rather easy to swallow. Never really tasted one just swallow it and it doesn't seem to give me gas or anything like some of the ones I took before I started the Swisse brand.

You know you're getting your money's worth on multi vitamins when you see an immediate change in the color and smell of your urine. It's looks almost like green antifreeze and smells just like the jar of vitamins. Feel great and have lots of energy all day long!

Unfortunately I am returning these vitamins because of how awful they taste. I got about three days into taking them and I was literally gagging at the thought of them because of how bad they taste and smell. The size is huge but didn’t bother me. It also did not turn my urine yellow as other reviews had mentioned, however I did get headaches with them.

These are good vitamins, I have no complaints about them. Well except the smell. I put 5 in my pocket to put in my drawer at work. It honestly smelled like pee, and I thought my cat may have urinated my clothes. I was relieved when I took them out of my pocket and the smell went away.
