Great Calcium for Quick Absorption
My naturopath recommended this type of calcium after my multiple bone fractures because this kind is absorbed quickly and I was severely calcium-deficient. However, this type is calcium is made from a rock, so if you take too much it can leave deposits on your bone. After being on this for a year I'm switching to a plant-based calcium.No complaints though, the product is great quality, powder-filled capsules that are not too big or difficult to swallow.
