Great product that's durable, high quality, aluminum rods that screw together and the prism is dead on with accuracy. Once the pole is put together, they're tight and rigid, so you don't have to worry about it being flimsy or loose when placed in the ground. The prism, along with our laser, works exactly as expected and it could even perform as a professional item, but you chose this strictly for our personal use. It's helped us to determine our property boundaries and just general research. By no means are we professional surveyors, just have a interest and with this kit, along with our laser, we're able to achieve what we need to know. It was well worth getting and definitely a good product for the cost. P.S.: the bag that everything gets stored in is made exceptionally well. It's similar a canvas material so there's no risk of it tearing during usage.

Poles and prism are of decent quality and look as though they will hold up for a long time in the field against regular use. The bag on the other hand has issues with the stitching and material quality that shows tearing in places just from shipping. The pole pieces are easy to attach and remove, and provide for various elevations.
