Finezza Flute with Hard Case - Nickel

The product arrived on time to the shipping company. However it is impossible the execution of the notes C to G in the low register, including some notes from middle register. I understand it's a flute low profile but expected a little more stability when running any notes. I have to check if there is a problem with the pads. Greetings!

Great flute for my daughter's 4th grade band. Only problem is the case handle broke, didn't seem to be put together very well, but the flute itself works great.
